FIBERGLASS POOL INSTALLATION
From planning and permits through excavation, pool placement, equipment setup and finishing, Earthworks coordinates each stage of your fiberglass pool installation.
20 Years of Experience • Fiberglass Pool Installation • Complete Backyard Construction
BEFORE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
A fiberglass pool project involves more than placing the pool shell in the ground. Access, setbacks, permits, grading, drainage, equipment and the surrounding patio must all be considered before construction begins.
Earthworks plans the pool as part of the complete backyard so the major elements work together from the start.
✓ Property layout, setbacks and access
✓ Pool size, placement and orientation
✓ Grading, drainage and equipment location
✓ Patio, landscaping and outdoor-living connections
THE INSTALLATION PROCESS
Every property is different, but most fiberglass pool installations follow the same major stages.
01
Consultation & Site Review
We discuss your goals, preferred pool styles, budget and timing, then review the property, access, grading and potential pool locations.
02
Design, Selection & Permits
We finalize the pool model and backyard layout, coordinate the required design details and prepare for the municipal permit process.
03
Site Preparation & Excavation
Once approvals and scheduling are in place, we prepare access, mark the pool location and excavate the site to the required dimensions.
04
Pool Delivery & Placement
The fiberglass pool shell is delivered and carefully lifted into position. Our crew sets and levels it on the prepared base.
05
Plumbing, Backfill & Equipment
We install the pool plumbing, coordinate the required equipment connections and carefully backfill around the shell while the pool is filled.
06
Patio, Landscaping & Handover
We complete the planned coping, interlock and surrounding landscape work, start the equipment and walk you through the finished pool system.

MORE THAN THE POOL SHELL
Pool placement affects the patio layout, elevations, drainage, equipment location and how the rest of the backyard functions. Earthworks coordinates these elements as one project so the finished pool feels like it belongs in the space.

PROJECT TIMING
Placing the fiberglass pool shell can happen quickly, but the complete project involves much more than lowering the pool into the ground. Design, permits, scheduling, excavation, equipment installation and the surrounding patio and landscaping all affect the overall timeline.
✓ Municipal permit timelines
✓ Pool model availability and delivery
✓ Property access and excavation conditions
✓ Weather during construction
✓ Size of the patio and surrounding landscape work
Once the project scope and site conditions are confirmed, we can provide a clearer schedule for your specific backyard.
